Scheppach presented the new 20 V series at the International Hardware Trade Fair
As a traditional manufacturer of machines, equipment and tools, Scheppach has been supporting DIY enthusiasts and tradespeople with the implementation of their projects at home, in the garden or on the building site since 1927. The business group from Ichenhausen in Bavaria presented its latest product innovations for construction and DIY requirements at last year’s International Hardware Trade Fair in Cologne (3 to 6 March 2024). This also included the new Scheppach IXES 20 Volt series – only a single battery is needed to supply all your devices with power.
Whether screwing, drilling, sawing, lawn mowing or hedge trimming – the Scheppach IXES 20 Volt series (Intelligent Exchange Series) therefore not only allows easy switching between different tools but also flexible working without cables getting tangled up. The batteries and chargers of the new system series can be used for all tools belonging to this series so you don’t constantly have to buy batteries for individual devices. Not only does this save money but it also protects the environment’s resources in the long term.
At the same time, the production and commercial enterprise introduced more than 50 new 20 Volt devices for the home, garden and workshop which, thanks to the new battery system, can be powered without cables. At its launch, the new range will include, for example, impact screwdrivers, (impact) drills, hammer drills, sabre and jig saws, angle grinders, lawn mowers, hedge trimmers and much more. The range is constantly being expanded with new developments and therefore covers practically all applications.
