The award recognises the outstanding company performance of owner-led, medium sized companies. The scheppach group has been growing continuously for more than 10 years with above average growth rates. Accordingly, the medium sized company has created many new jobs and provides consistent apprenticeships in various jobs. In conjunction with the excellent development of all relevant accounting ratios, this was the basis for giving the Bavarian lion to the managing directors of the scheppach group.
