scheppach supports the Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW) in the battle against Covid
This year has demanded a lot from us. We all had to face big and small challenges and adapt to the new situation. The same applied to scheppach, based in Ichenhausen, with its more than 300 employees.
Since coronavirus started to spread in Germany, all departments have been equipped with masks and disinfectant, the distance between work stations has been adjusted and options to work from home have been offered.
After scheppach implemented these and other precautions for the protection of staff and customers, the company based in Ichenhausen now also wants to make a contribution to the region with a material donation to emergency personnel amounting to about €1,500. “The nicest hand pallet truck donation by a long way,” was the joke during handover which took place in strict compliance with social distancing rules. From now on, several scheppach products will be used by THW Günzburg and Krumbach, including the hand pallet truck which is new to the range.
