Working

We connect this slogan with more than our products; we also associate GOOD WORKING with ourselves. Good cooperation, health, and a productive working environment are only part of the important values we believe in!

The lightweight scheppach HP1200S is designed for most jobs around the house and garden. With its low weight of 60 kg, the machine can be easily transported to the work site and can compact simple substrates with a compacting pressure of 15,000 Newtons. With its compact 45 x 35 centimetre plate, the machine is manoeuvrable and can even level narrow paths.

The HP1800S and HP2200S are also in the middle segment. They operate with a plate size of 55 x 44 cm and a compacting pressure of 23 and 25 kN respectively, resulting in a compaction depth of 30 or 35 centimetres. Designed for comfortable working, the ergonomic machine guide system with vibration-damped handle can be folded up on all three models and making them easy to transport with the travel fixture provided.

At 125 kilograms, the reversible (equipped with an automatic forward and reverse motion) scheppach HP2500S plate vibrator is in a league of its own. With a plate size of 63 x 43 centimetres and a compacting pressure of 30 kN, it covers considerably more area and also more depth compaction at 40 centimetres. scheppach quotes a working speed of approx. 750 square metres per hour and this can really be achieved with this power-pack! With the sturdy travel fixture, the machine can be operated easily and comfortably via the controls which are mounted within easy reach.

The open design of the new HP series by scheppach makes a solid impression, the controls are intuitively placed just where you expect them to be, and the V-belt is well protected under a steel cover on all machines, but is still easily accessible when needed. All models are supplied complete with a high-quality PU protective mat for paving work and other sensitive surfaces as well as a suitable flexible travel fixture. This is often only available as an optional extra but is actually an indispensable accessory.
