Do you need your scheppach product repaired?
You’ve come to the right place. Whether at our plant with our own in-house workshop or with a service partner close to you, we’ll take care of your scheppach product. Our service team coordinates everything you need, provides a way bill for returns, or organises pick-up for you.

¹This is only available for recently purchased products, not B goods and clearance stock, and only within 4 weeks of the purchase date. Scheppach GmbH reserves the right to remove individual products from this programme. Data accompanying product registration are saved in a database. scheppach shall be obliged according to Section 28 of the Federal Data Protection Act only to collect, save, and utilise this data for internal management, marketing and opinion research, or for advertising activities.

²Upon registration of the scheppach devices purchased by you, we will extend the warranty period from 24 to 48 months. Warranty services apply to the specified duration, calculated from transfer of the product to the customer (invoice or sales receipt). The warranty exclusively includes material or fabrication errors. There is no warranty claim available in the event of transport damage, wear parts, damage due to incorrect handling or ignoring the operating instructions, failure of the electrical system due to ignoring electrical regulations: VDE specifications 0100, DIN 57113/VDE 0113. Furthermore, there is no warranty claim available in the event of functional faults and traces of wear that were caused by regular usage and wear (e.g. including continuous commercial operation), overloading, incorrect maintenance, or incorrect alterations made to the device by the purchaser or third parties. An extension of the warranty for machines that are operated continuously or in commercial operations is basically excluded. We shall select whether the warranty involves free replacement or repair of all parts that are required to correct provable defects. Processing shall proceed via shops or directly by us. Warranty services that are provided shall not extend the warranty period or result in a new warranty period for replaced or repaired parts. Subsequent claims, especially subsequent damage claims, cannot be derived from the warranty and are excluded from any liability. The legal warranty rights of the customer shall remain explicitly unaffected. Extension of 2 years only valid in Germany. Extension of 5 years only valid in France.
